Piccola House is a full renovation that recovers the noble essence of a classical home, reinterpreted with clean lines, natural materials and a timeless atmosphere of elegance. A project that proves tradition can also be contemporary.
A home with a classical soul
Piccola House is conceived as a contemporary reinterpretation of a traditional villa. Its original structure has been preserved, but its forms and proportions have been refined to highlight a sense of understated elegance. The main volume and its symmetrical elements give the house a strong identity, as if it had always been there.
Geometry, order and proportion
Classical columns, decorative cornices, black ironwork and large grid windows establish the rhythm of a facade that commands presence without excess. Pure white reinforces the clarity of the whole, while symmetry and clean lines bring visual harmony.
Light that transforms architecture
Architectural lighting plays a key role in this project. Every light source is carefully placed to enhance volumes, create depth and generate a warm, theatrical atmosphere. By day, peaceful brightness. By night, vibrant elegance.
A landscape that frames the home
The landscaping complements and enhances the architecture. Palm trees, tropical vegetation and stone walkways create a ceremonial entrance. The pool, located on the central axis of the garden, visually extends the home’s geometry and becomes its natural mirror.
