Canyamel is a three-storey detached home currently under construction in Jávea, designed to integrate contemporary design, traditional building methods and a strong commitment to sustainability. The house will include spacious indoor and outdoor areas, a private pool, and will be built to the highest quality standards.

Noble materials and environmental commitment

From structure to finishes, the project is based on carefully selected natural and durable materials: sawn timber beams, natural stone flooring, terracotta tiles, microcement finishes in the bathrooms, and lime mortar with stucco wall coatings. Every construction choice is guided by environmental respect, timeless aesthetics and lasting comfort.

Quality and attention to detail in every phase

Though still in progress, Canyamel already reflects the technical rigour and aesthetic sensitivity that define all our work. Every installation has been designed to deliver a high level of comfort, functionality and energy efficiency, with special attention to execution and finishing.
