When a client acquires an exclusive plot on the Costa Blanca, the first instinct is usually to orient the house directly towards the best views, whether it be the Mediterranean Sea or the mountains. However, in high-efficiency construction under the Passivhaus standard, positioning the building is a complex architectural puzzle where multiple pieces must fit together perfectly.

In winter, when the sun's path is lower, the large windows capture this direct radiation. This is one of the biggest challenges on the Costa Blanca. What happens if you buy an incredible plot in Xàbia or Moraira, but the sea views force you to orient the main facade to the north (where there is no winter sun)?
